Wetlands in Ireland have declined by 90% since the 1700s, 35% since the 1970s. Wetlands support vital biodiversity, carbon storage, and flood protection, crucial ecosystems with a vast range of native plant and animal species. This public art project builds awareness of Wetlands through community and expert engagement, biodiversity, a celebration of local tradition, myth, culture, coming together & utilising cameraless photographic techniques.
